PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONALISM OF THE TUTOR OF PRE-SCHOOL OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE HISTORY OF DOMESTIC THOUGHT

Abstract

The article is proved that the foundation of becoming a professional tutor is self)development, which leads to higher forms of life personality ) creative selfrealization. It has been found that professionalism is an integrated component of personality)activity readiness of the person of the teacher to the successful solution of professional tasks. Preschool childhood is unique and specific period of development of personality, which is serving as the basis of the formation its self)concept, defines its development prospects and strategies for vital functions.One of the central vectors of preschool education is to create conditions for the full development of the child in school, which in turn can be ensured only by the high professionalism of educators with a strong set of skills competitive personality qualities and potential of professional self)development. The modernization of the system of education nowadays poses new requirements for professionalism of the educators of pre)school educational institution. This primarily involves updating the objectives and content of the institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education. Thus, summarizing the above, we note that we have considered the essential characteristics of the category of professionalism regardless of the specific type of work are the most common invariants. Relevant areas for further development of this problem is to consider the special invariants of professionalism that reflect the characteristics of specific types of work. In our case, it is to identify the substantive nature of research is a key concept in terms of educational activities.
