Abstract
Learning dance is applied to children with special needs is intended to train and hone the child's motor possessed proper sense, given as an ordinary human being, of course, they have empathy, it felt emotion for others just because of limitations to the cause as if they were living in their own world and do not care about the world around him. Children with special needs, particularly the Deaf who have limitations on the listener senses, of course need, treatment and their own way in the grinding process of creativity. Hearing impairment is hearing loss, is not limited to individuals with hearing loss alone, but covers all levels of hearing damage. Although hearing loss that results in a breakdown of communication, it does not mean they can’t develop creativity, as well as in terms of the development of creativity in the art in general and dance in particular.
