Abstract

The role of law in social life is as something that protects, giving a sense of security, peace and order to achieve peace and justice to everyone. If the person's social life events promise to another person or two people promise to carry out something, then timbulah an agreement. Similarly, in the field of employment, the person doing the job that ended their contrac.so in the form of the agreement in the form of a series of words that contain promises or ability that is spoken or written agreement occurred write .from legal relationship between two people or more commonly called engagement. Engagement publishing agreement between two people . agreement also called agreement, for two or more people agreed . engagement is a relationship between two or more persons, which obliges the parties to meet the demands, and vice versa. The first condition and the second condition is referred to as the subjective condition, because it involves one or both parties, while the third condition and a fourth condition referred to as the objective conditions because it concerns the object of the agreement. Non-fulfillment of the subjective requirement could result in the cancellation of an agreement by one party. This means that even if the agreement has been signed then one of the parties objected to the process of the treaty can apply for cancellation of the contents of the agreement to the Court, whereas if the objective conditions are not met then the agreement is null and void, meaning that the contents of the agreement will not result in any of the two parties for the agreement is legally considered never existed, because in the contract of work agreement also apply the terms of the subjective and objective conditions, the company must pay attention to the work force and meet the requirements as contained in the provisions of law No. 13 Year 2003 on manpower.
