PENETRATION OF RUSSIAN RELIGIOUS TERMS IN TURKISH LANGUAGE

Abstract
During the last few centuries, Turkish language was undergone signicant influence of Persian and Arabic languages, and therefore the amount of words borrowed from these languages, sometimes reaches 0 of the Turkish language. Therefore the religious lexicon of Arabic origin in the Turkish language is becoming interested nowadays and investigated in this article. Recent examples of Arabisms in Turkish language allow to specify features of this process in the lexical system of modern Turkish literary language, reveal how Arabic borrowings reflect the changes in the Turkish reality and mentality. The whole complex of the Arab religious vocabulary was found on the basis of a special search and lexicographical works. The percentage of religious Arabisms, which were included in the Turkish language were presented for the first time in a considerable amount, new sources for some words, proving their true origin were established, the degree of applicability of Arabism in the modern Turkish language were also classied for the first time. Neologisms with ancient Turkic bases were created for some concepts. The methodological base of research is based on the principles of historicism scientic objectivity of the system approach in the presentation of the facts of linguistic processes and phenomena.
