Perfect state: from idea to reality

Abstract
The article is devoted to the realities of a perfect state building. It was found, that stability is the main principle of a perfect state, which provides progressive development of society and accumulation of material and spiritual values. It was proved the inadmissibility of radical change, revolutions and other attacks on stability, which are able to destroy centuries-labour of society. It was revealed the great importance of conservative policy for stability and welfare, and identified its main features.
