PERFECTION OF SYSTEM OF COMMUNICATIVE MANAGEMENT IS ON ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article analyzes the importance of communicative management in the enterprise management system. The emphasis is on interpreting the concepts of “communicative management” and “communication management”. The complex of communicative competences of a specialist according to the KM-oriented paradigm of development of society is determined. The essence of management of internal communications is determined. The main communicative obstacles were investigated and effective ways of their solution were proposed.
