Performance Test of Aluminum Alloy Floor Formwork

Abstract
The uniform load tests were carried out on a single aluminum alloy floor formwork and a model room composite aluminum alloy floor formwork system respectively, and the contrastive analysis was carried out.When the three groups of single aluminum alloy plate were uniformly distributed with load 10. 08 kN/m2, the midspan displacement was 1. 423 mm, 1. 440 mm, 1. 462 mm respectively. When the uniform load on the model room composite aluminum alloy floor formwork was 11. 5 kN/m2, the relative displacement of the span was 3. 691 mm and the measured value was 5. 667 mm. The relative displacement changed little after looding 24 h.Compared with the single template, the combination of template system was affected by such factors as template size, boundary conditions, pin and the adjacent template function. The results show that the aluminum alloytemplate system has a good load capacity and bearing capacity, and the connecting component of the combined aluminum alloy template has a certain influence on the bearing capacity of the aluminum alloy template.
