Permąstant socialinę atskirtį ir socialinį kentėjimą

Abstract
Straipsnyje aptariamos socialinės atskirties ir socialinio kentėjimo sąvokos siejant jas su galios, normalizavimo, subjektyvios gerovės, galimo gyventi gyvenimo ir tapatybių, grįstų trauma ir pažeidžiamumu, klausimais. Nepaisant vis dar nemažo dėmesio ekonominei socialinės atskirties dimensijai, vis plačiau vartojami subjektyviai patiriamos ir išreiškiamos gyvenimo kokybės bei socialinio kentėjimo terminai, leidžiantys gilintis į nematerialų marginalizuotų grupių vargą ir skurdą. Nors pati socialinės atskirties sąvoka dažnai kvestionuojama dėl to, kad ją formuoja socialinės integracijos ir normalizavimo idealai, tai darant pamirštama apie didelę normatyvumo įtaką socialinės atskirties riziką patiriantiems asmenims. Straipsnyje teigiama, kad mokslininkai, kuriuos veikia panašūs prekariteto, nesaugumo ir nevilties potyriai, yra tokie pat pažeidžiami kaip ir jų tyrimo objektai. Tačiau tai juos dar labiau turėtų įkvėpti permąstyti visuomenių, kurias jie tiria, dalyvavimo, priklausymo, susiskaldymo, šališkumo, (ne)teisingumo reiškinius ir procesus.
