PERSONALLY ORIENTED PHYSICAL CULTURE OF TEENAGERS

Abstract
As a result of the experimental evaluation of the influence of physical education on the psychological profile of the student’s personality, the following was established: firstly, in the experimental group, the indicator of motor activity was significantly changed, which confirms the fulfillment of the main task of the program for promoting physical culture. Second, personal qualities and cognitive processes have undergone the most significant changes in self-esteem, logical thinking, memory and neuroticism. The effectiveness of the implemented program has been established, which indicates an increase in the total level of the personality’s psychological profile in the experimental (p<0,05) as opposed to the control group. The established data allow us to offer the developed Program in institutions of secondary education for the construction of the variational part of the lesson.
