Perspective directions of improvement of the administrative and legal support of information with limited access in the national police authorities of Ukraine

Abstract
Legal and regulatory framework in the field of restricted information is analyzed, which allowed making a conclusion that it is characterized by non-systemacy and sometimes desuetude of legal regulations. It is noticed that, taking into account the fact that the National Police of Ukraine is a new authority in the system of central executive authorities, regulatory support of its activities is in progress. Formulated proposals concerning improvement of legal and regulatory framework, which regulates restricted information handling procedures in authorities of the National Police, and proposed a number of organizational procedures to this end.
