PERSPECTIVES ON THE REFORMATION OF INSTITUTIONAL FORMS OF CHIL- DREN’S SUPPORT AND SOCIAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract
The article deals with the process of reformation and modernization of residential institutions in Ukraine. The author represents her own direction of the system optimization of social education of orphans and children deprived of parental care and the innovation (change of structure) of state residential institutions. The author of the article points to the length of the process of reforming boarding schools and the necessity, in this regard, of the support system of children’s social education.
