Abstract
У статті проаналізовано рівень заробітної плати у собівартості виробництва та оплата заробітної плати найманих працівників у ВВП. Розглянуто різні види безробіття, а також визначено практичні дії щодо формування відповідного соціального-економічного середовища, максимально орієнтованого на розвиток усієї системи відтворення сукупної робочої сили.
