ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОГО СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ НАДЁЖНОСТИ БУДУЩИХ ПИЛОТОВ

Abstract

The prevalence of human factor problems associated with the low level of professional reliability of flight crew members among the causes of the aviation crashes requires intensification of efforts to improve the system of professional training for future pilots. Analysis of the current system and achievements in the area of psychology show that the stage of theoretical training contains significant non-used resources of impact on the professional reliability of trainees. Therefore, when training future pilots, methods of assessing their individual stress reactions are not applied for further development of the skill to manage their own level of stress. There are no methods of teaching positive personal and further - situational reflection, which can provide the trainee with self-improvement strategies and the skills of forming immediate and correct situational awareness in flight. There is also not enough attention paid to the formation of emotional intelligence, which provides the ability to regulate their own emotional states under the influence of extreme situations. Thus, it has been established that there is a need to improve the system of professional training for future pilots using psychological and pedagogical tools in the process of developing specific non-technical skills, components of the professional reliability of the flight crew.
