Phase Equilibria in MeIMeIIIP2S6(Se6) Systems Which Include Quaternary Compounds (MeI - Cu, Ag; MeIII - In, Cr)
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2015, Vol 16, Issue 2
Abstract
The interactions of 6 quazibinary systems were investigated by methods of physical and chemical analysis in order to study the formation of solid solutions inside them. The character of interaction in these systems depending on various factors has been explained.

The Peculiarities of Young's Modulus Surfaces of Cubic Single Crystals Formation
The analysis of the elastic properties of some metals, semiconductors and alkali halides was carried out. The features of Young's modulus characteristic surfaces formation were revealed. Extreme values of Young's modulus...
Peculiarities of Chemisorption of Dimethyl Carbonate on Silica Surface
This paper presents the results of studies of dimethyl carbonate interaction with sites of the fumed silica surface. The investigations were performed in a vacuum quartz cuvette using IR spectroscopy method. Chemical int...
Auxeticity Properties of Hexagonal Syngony Crystals
Pointing auxeticity surfaces of Be, Zn, MoS2, MnAs, TiB2 and BeCu (2,4 atm. % Cu) single crystals of hexagonal system were plotted for the first time using the experimental values of the elastic modulus , which given in...
Structure and Optical Properties of b¢-Phase of Ag8SnSe6
Energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy of lowtemperature b¢-Ag8SnSe6 crystalcarried out. Energy dispersive spectrum shows only peaks related to Ag8SnSe6. Experimental optical abs...
Peculiarities in WC and W2C Eutectic Phases Dissolution in Interfacial Zones of Composites
Annotation: The structural and phase composition of dissolution-and-diffusion interfacial zones at the particle-matrix interfaces of the composites reinforced with W–C particles infiltrated by a molten iron-base binder h...
