PHYSICAL-HEALTHY EDUCATION AS A COMPOSITION OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL STAFF

Abstract
The article discusses the feasibility of introducing new methods and forms of physical education into the educational pro-cess. The author focuses on the definition of negative factors that have a significant impact on the physical condition of stu-dents, namely: the spread of negative phenomena and various diseases, the spread of information technology in our country, resulting in a "virtual lifestyle" of students and the general population. Therefore, it seems advisable to distinguish between physical culture and sports activities in higher educational institutions as an important sphere of realization of physical cul-ture and sports activity of students, which directly influences self-development, a youth’s attitude of life, a state of own health. In addition, it is important to effectively introduce both new and improved existing forms of physical education, such as physical and recreational classes as part of the educational process in higher education institutions. Such classes will pro-vide a differentiated and personal approach to each student regarding their ability to choose their own physical activity while studying at a higher educational institution in Ukraine.
