Physico-Chemical Investigation of the Pb-Te-O System
Journal Title: Фізика і хімія твердого тіла - Year 2014, Vol 15, Issue 3
Abstract
In present work, the physico-chemical analysis of the interaction process for PbO and TeO2 has been carried out. The ternary compound PbTeO3 was obtained by solid-phase reaction; this compound was identified by X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. Some properties of the PbTeO3 compound (crystal structure, picnometric density, electrophysical parameters) were studied.
