Abstract
The article elucidates peculiarity as of professional teacher training technology. Maintenance of discipline is exposed the «Workshop on artistic processing of materials». One way of improving the quality of future teachers of technology is to improve the content of professionally oriented disciplines that should include theoretical training, which includes theoretical information on crafts and culture as a part of a special kind of artistic work of the Ukrainian people; artistic and practical training, containing the experience of artistic and creative activities essential for the development of skills in artistic work of the future teachers of technology, methodological training, which includes formation of skills of future teachers in usage of various forms and methods of training and education of students by means of artistic processing of materials.
