Abstract
In this scientific article analyzed one of the most important problems of the branch of constitutional law - the problem of the connection of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with own legal positions. In view of the status of the body of constitutional jurisdiction as the key guarantor of the government of law and the Fundamental Law of Ukraine this problem acquires not only theoretical but also practical value. The practical significance is that the decisions and conclusions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are binding on the relevant authorities, and eventually a false law enforcement practice is formed which directly affects the rights and responsibilities of not only the subjects of power, but also citizens. This article covers the idea of providing the Constitutional Court of Ukraine the right to review its own false (unconstitutional) or those that do not comply with the provisions of the Basic Law of Ukraine legal positions.
