PLACE OF THE SPEECH ACT OF PRAISE AMONG EVALUATIVE SPEECH ACTS

Abstract
This article investigates the speech act of praise as the evaluative act. Relation of the speech act of praise to other evaluative speech acts is defined. Typological features of praise as the speech act in German and Ukrainian are singled out.
