Places of detention: the concept and essence

Abstract
In article importance is defined and arguments for introduction in the legislation of Ukraine of the new term of «custodial setting of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine» are specified. The term essence of «custodial setting» is opened and the comparative analysis with adjacent concepts which are specified in the current legislation is carried out.
