PLANNING OF INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY IN THE PROCESS OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ OF HUMANITY EDUCATION

Abstract

The teachers of higher pedagogical educational establishments have the task to prepare future teachers of humanitarian disciplines to the usage of individual educational trajectories in further activity cause a primary objective of the system of modern education is its orientation on students, satisfaction of their individual educational necessities. Today studying according to the individual educational programs is an actual task, as an individual educational trajectory is the basis of conception of profile education. The usage of individual curriculum allows to realize different personal educational necessities of students, their families, establishments of trade education and general establishments of different kinds. Foreign researchers (Gravemeijer, Simon) consider that the study of educational trajectory is description of thinking of students, as they study for the sake of achievement of certain aims in certain industry. In more certain plan of trajectory study is the envisaged way through the enormous amount of educational tasks, psychical processes or actions sent to making for advancement of students in certain subject industry. Thus they mark that there are three important elements in this process: a number of desired aims, a clearway through a curriculum to help students to attain the marked aim, and successive set of educational actions or tasks chosen for every student individually. Co)operating with students, teachers also must examine the actions from the point of view of students. Planning an educational trajectory, teachers must set aims to be attained in the end) point, and for this purpose they must be theoretically prepared. Applying the method of planning an individual educational trajectory for future teachers of humanitarian disciplines, it is very important to use different types of activity, such, as project methods, problem tasks that assist maximal activity, and also give freedom to work of students (J.Little, R.Verning). Thus, the future teacher of humanitarian disciplines studies to take into account individual interests of every student, methods of work with educational material, and also applies the different types of activity, that are an inalienable constituent during planning of student’s individual educational trajectory.
