CONTENTS AND STRUCTURE OF PROPEDEUTICAL PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS SPECIALIZED IN MEDICAL-BIOLOGICAL DISCIPLINES UNDER CONDITIONS OF MASTER TRAINING IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract
The content and structure of the professional adaptation of future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines under conditions of master's training in higher educational institutions are defined in the article. The content of professional adaptation of future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines under conditions of master's training in higher educational institutions is substantiated, it covers the theoretical foundations of the personal I(self)-concept within their professional development, psychological and pedagogical principles of person’s professional development and self-development under conditions of scientific, pedagogical and research activities in higher educational establishments, psychophysiology, psychology and occupational health, formation of professional competence of the teacher specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines, psychological-pedagogical reflection, introspection and professional motivation for further professional improvement and creative professional development, educational excellence, educational and professional success. It has been established that propaedeutic professional adaptation is the process aimed at the adaptation of the future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines to scientific, pedagogical and research activities and formation of their professional readiness for realization of professional competencies of the teacher and researcher at the stage of master's training. Propaedeutic professional adaptation of the future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines includes professional creative development of students as teachers and researchers within their branch, professional self-examination and self-assessment regarding the development of their professional readiness for the implementation of professional competencies. The structural components of the professional adaptation of the future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines under conditions of master's training in higher educational institutions were determined: axiological and value-oriented, cognitive, operational-technological, activity-reflexive. According to the structure components, the criteria of the professional adaptation of the future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines at higher educational establishments and the formation levels of personal competence in professional adaptation to scientific and pedagogical activity in a higher educational institution are substantiated. The basic concepts for substantiating the methodical support which facilitates the acquisition of basic knowledge by the future teachers specialized in Medical and Biological disciplines at higher educational establishments are defined, the complex method of diagnostics and monitoring of propaedeutic professional adaptation in the process of master's training is developed.
