RISK MANAGEMENT AS AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

In the article modern aspects of risk)management and substantiated relevance of its use in education are analyzed. Specified that existing approaches to varied definition “risk) management” are characterized not sufficiently full as majority considers risk)management as a process of influence on the object of management for the purpose of search possible ways of risk reduction and not preclusion. However, such approach isn’t directed to development preventing arrangements about deviation of future risks. In the article a “risk)management” as complicated is specified, profound and multidimentional definition, because of containing the totality of integrated type administrative actions which are directed to identification, analyze and regulation of risk. In the frame of this approach term “risk administration” is defined as a process of influence on the objects of educational institution by which to ensure the widest coverage range of possible risks, preventing actions, their substantiated consideration under administrative decision making by educational manager and risks prevention. Analysis of modern scientific works enables to make conclusion that existing approaches and methods of solving certain problem aspects of risk)management as active system of risk administration in educational institution still hapn’t generalized in the science of our country. There is exists requirements in creation complex system of risks administration in educational institutes which will take into consideration modern tendencies of economic, political and other processes development in the country. Established that risk)management is an active tool of educational institution’s administration in changeable modern conditions (economic, political instability, informational progress etc.).
