CREATIVITY DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION BY MEANS OF THE RETROSPECTIVE METHOD

Abstract

The peculiarities of the use of the retrospective method in the creativity development of the future specialists at the lessons of the academic discipline «New Information Technologies in Preschool Education» are revealed. It is proved that the European integration vector of educational policy, the tendencies of world globalization emphasize the need for a new generation of professionals; thereby there arises an urgent problem of new modernization of the structure, content and organization of professional (vocational) education, the creation of a flexible, dynamic, open education system which can provide the formation of specialists’ professional readiness and adaptability to the conditions of a modern competitive environment. It is established that the effectiveness of the process of developing the future specialists’ creativity depends on the specifics of the organization of the educational process at a higher educational institution; therefore, student's learning activities in class must be turned into a creative process, direct students to creative search, relying on the development of their creative skills. Some examples of the use of the retrospective method in the creativity development of the future educators of pre-school educational institutions at the lessons of the academic discipline «New Information Technologies in Preschool Education» are presented. The objective is to develop didactic, esthetic, developing, educational criteria for assessing the effectiveness of electronic educational materials for preschool children. The diagnostic toolkit is offered and the results of diagnosing the peculiarities of using the retrospective method in the creativity development of the future educators of pre-school educational institutions are presented. It is proved that the development of creativity needs emotional support and pedagogical support from the side of the teacher. Emotional support from the teacher provides for the development of students' feeling of their own worth, gives an opportunity to be more open in revealing their own stereotypes of personal experience. Emotional support and stimulation of students to the creativity development during the retrospective presupposed assistance in understanding oneself as the subject of one's own life, its creator, as well as the fullest realization of its possibilities in all areas of life. The idea of the unity of the past comprehension, the comprehension of the present and forecasting of the future is put into the basis of the elaboration of the retrospective. The retrospective envisages, first and foremost, the student's personal changes: self-knowledge, the recognition of his / her own importance in the professional sense and self-improvement, in particular.
