TRAINING PROCESS TARGETED FOR FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF SOCIONOMIC SPHERE

Abstract
The range of our research interests related to the improvement of training targeted for specialists of socionomic professions, above all, future teachers, social workers, psychologists, managers of the educational sector, the future engineers of construction industry, future economists whose professional activity will be implemented in these ar- eas: production and management, Social Economics, Education and Social Pedagogics. The article is aimed at representing theoretical - methodological and methodical substantiation of teacher train- ing system intended for the specialists of the socionomic sphere alongside with the diagnostic features of successful training of future social workers in the last two academic years. The selected research areas were relevant to both direct training of future professionals and to the formation of certain qualities of specialists within socionomic areas. Types of studies vary depending on the specific areas of professional activities and assigned tasks, some research areas received the status of doctoral theses, such as: the training of future economists in universities to work in the foreign exchange market on the basis of computer tech- nologies and the theory and methodology aimed at training future professionals of socionomic sphere to design pro- fession. The results of the studies enable us to assert that the improvement of the training process is characterized by the introduction of ideas, concepts, technologies, methods aimed at modernizing the process of training, the availability and effectiveness of education, active adaptation of the experts representing the younger generation to constantly changing life in the information society. The practical significance of the results obtained during the research reflected in the diagnostic methods devel- oped by training specialists of socionomic sector and its methodical ground. In general, we can affirm that the implemented measures aimed at improving future social pedagogues’ training contribute into their efficient study, which results into their professional preparedness for socio-pedagogical activi- ties as well as readiness. There have been distinguished the efficiency levels of training, such as: passive, moderate and optimal. The qualitative and quantitative indicators of the established levels confirm that the described process has been carried out effectively. Similarly, there was also observed a positive tendency towards professional level increase of future professionals of socionomic sphere in each direction of the above-mentioned studies.
