Abstract
This article says about economical policy of Prussia in Polish territories incorpo-rated into The Kingdom of Prussia in the years 1772-1795, in districts of Western Prussia, Southern Prussia, New-Eastern Prussia and New Silesia. It shows the role of economical policy of The Kingdom of Prussia in modernization of Polish territories and elimination of feudal remains from the times of the Republic of Nobles. It verificates vues formulated by Polish historians in PRL that Polish territories incor-porated by The Kingdom of Prussia were economically drained and Prussian rule was an occupation.
