Population Changes and Its Impact on Urban Land Usage's Change in the 80's Decade (Case Study: The City of Zahedan(

Abstract

The Optimal Pattern of life in urban communities proposes the need for land usage planning, to in this regard, the policies regulation and urban land usage evolution be arranged in cities. Today, the land usage evolution proposes as an effective process is in urban settings. These changes that often occur as a result of human activities due to lack of basic programs, is because of neglect and lack of sustainable management, sustainable development of has become one of the most important problems in the new settings in cities. In this study, we tried to focus on residential users and the process of expanding during the 80's decade. With the increasing population in the city to determine the different per capita usages and comparing it with the Per capita standard. To do this the information obtained by the Arc GIS and used model of Shannon entropy. The results indicate that: Residential users in the city of Zahedan in the 70s and 80s decade have almost doubled while other users have had little growth that it is due to the rapid increasing of population. Second, during comparison between the per capita usages that was performed with the standard per capita in the country in Zahedan It was found that many users are not available according to the standard and some users are also much lower than the standard.
