Abstract

Prezentul articol pune în discuţie problema persoanelor cu statut de mig-ranţi în dificultate care revin în Republica Moldovaşi au nevoie de asistenţa şi protecţia socială în procesul de reintegrare.Migranţii în dificultate care se reîn-torc de peste hotare constituie o nouă provocare pentru sistemul de servicii so-ciale. În afară de aceasta, semnalăm că, problema revenirii migranţilor în stare de vulnerabilitate este o problemă care pune în evidenţă nevoia de dezvoltare şi cooperare între ţara de origine a migranţilor şi ţările de destinaţie. La baza articolului stă demersul calitativ bazat pe interviuri individuale aprofundate cu migranţi în dificultate reveniţi în Republica Moldova şi cu reprezentanţii administraţiei publice centrale, administraţiei publice locale şi a societăţii ci-vile, precum şi discuţii focus grup cu specialiştii din servicii specializate. This article discusses the problem of migrants in difficulty that returns to the Republic of Moldova and need social assistance and protection in the pro-cess of reintegration. Migrants in difficulty returning from abroad are a new challenge for the social services system. Besides, the author point out that the problem of returning vulnerable migrants is a problem that highlights the need for development and cooperation between migrants' home country and destina-tion countries. The author used the qualitative approach, based on individual in-depth interviews with migrants in difficulty returning to the Republic of Mol-dova and representatives of the central public administration, local public ad-ministration and civil society, as well as focus group discussions with specia-lists in specialized services.
