POSTUP PRÍSLUŠNÍKOV POĽSKEJ POLÍCIE NA MIESTE UDALOSTI (TRESTNÉHO ČINU)

Abstract
Článok opisuje úvodné činnosti, ktoré vykonávajú príslušníci poľskej polície na mieste udalosti (trestného činu). Uvedené sútu definície a rozsah činností na zabezpečenie miesta udalosti, úlohy policajtov preventívnej služby a službukonajúceho policajného útvaru, na ktorého terénne sa vyskytol trestný čin. Okrem toho je vysvetlená spolupráca polície s prokurátorom a ďalšími subjektmi v oblasti zabezpečenia miesta udalosti (trestného činu). Text článku bol doplnený informačným prehľadom o poľskej polícii a stave trestnej činnosti v Poľsku. V článku je podané vyhodnotenie prieskumu.
