Powers of an Investigating Judge in the Implementation of the Constitutional Rights, Freedoms and Interests of Individuals at the Pre-Trial Investigation

Abstract
The article discusses the powers of an investigating judge in criminal proceeding of Ukraine to exercise the constitutional rights, freedoms and interests of individuals at the pre-trial investigation. As well as the author gives the classification of the powers of the investigating judge.
