Practical aspects of the application of foreign experience in public administration of housing and communal services in Ukraine

Abstract
This article analyzes the experience of public administration in the sphere of housing and communal services with a view to revealing the positive pictics and its use in the conditions of Ukraine. Also, some examples of public and private management typical for the functioning of the housing and communal sphere of a number of countries, namely, the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France and others, are considered. In addition, the article highlighted four main themes for the nationalization of housing and communal services in developed economies.
