PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF POSSIBILITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS

Abstract
This article examines the normative-legal acts that regulates the activity carried out during the introduction of new urban and suburban passenger routes, general use for business entities. Addresses the questions about the possibility of legal disputes between economic entities and carriers, after the opening of a new route and the redistribution of passenger transportation business between the carriers. Considers the questions relating to the subject of economic activities, which intends to provide services on passenger bus routes for general use.
