Abstract
The article reveals the essence and role of the institution of inheritance in civil legal proceedings of Ukraine. An analysis of the norms of civil law in the field of inheritance is being conducted. The problem aspects of relations in the sphere of inheritance are investigated, as in the case of inheritance by law, as well as by inheritance according to will. The ways of their solution are offered.
