WORLD CURRENCY SYSTEMS: THEIR DEVELOPMENT AND MODERN STATUS

Abstract

The author considers the development of world currency systems and modern state of affairs. The article draws attention to impact of world currency systems on national economies and international trade. It also analyses the practice of states on currency policy and establishment of world currency systems.
