PRACTICAL PECULIARITIES OF SOLVING THE ISSUE BY THE PARTICIPATION OF THE STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF UKRAINE IN CASES ON THE PUBLIC SERVICE EXAMINATION

Abstract
Author conducted the investigation of practical features of consideration of cases involving of public service with the participation of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. In particular, author defined a circle of people involved in this category of cases, the subject of the claim, circumstances that often lead to the filing of the administrative actions in those cases. According to the results of the study of judicial practice of the specified category of disputes author made several suggestions on improving the work of imposing penalties for violation of military discipline.
