PRACTICE OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS AS SOURCE

Abstract
In this article analyzed the existing approaches to understanding the practice of the European Court of human rights as sources in the modern doctrine of law. The author has identified the basis for research on this issue. It also identifies the features that are inherent in the legal positions of the European Court of human rights as a source of legal influence.
