ПРАКТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ ПРОЦЕСУ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ

Abstract
У статті обґрунтовується теза, що вирі- шення регіональних проблем розвитку потребує використання інструментарію стратегічного управління. Визначено пере- ваги від впровадження стратегічного під- ходу в управлінні на регіональному рівні. Зазначається, що сутність стратегічного управління полягає у формуванні й реалізації стратегії розвитку регіону з метою забез- печення його ефективного функціонування. Автором запропоновано алгоритм процесу стратегічного управління на регіональному рівні. Обґрунтовано напрями підвищення ефективності процесу стратегічного управління в Україні.
