ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ОЗОНОВОГО ШАРУ УКРАЇНИ І ВСЕСВІТУ

Abstract
The article deals with the questions about legal regulation of protection of ozone layer, attitude of international fellowship to the problem of destruction ozone layer, legal position of Ukraine in international attitude to implementation of standards of Kyoto Protocol. This global problem is researched in a systematic and comprehensive way on the basis of summing up scientific literature sources, as well as studying and analyzing practical materials. This research has allowed to reveal the legal and organizational essence of the problem and put forward some proposals for supplementing and amending the acting legislation, as well as to develop a program for the protection of ozone layer.
