Abstract
Operacje transportowe podlegają w niektórych krajach Unii Europejskiej przepisom o pracownikach oddelegowanych, co wiąże się z dużą uciążliwością oraz praktycznymi trudnościami związanymi z wypełnieniem określonych w ustawie obowiązków. Mnogość przepisów i regulacji, z którymi muszą zmagać się polscy przewoźnicy powoduje nadmierne obciążenie kosztami branży, co wpływa niekorzystnie na ich konkurencyjność i wolny dostęp do europejskiego rynku.
