প্রচলিত আইন ও ইসলামের দৃষ্টিতে রক্তদান ও পরিসঞ্চালন: একটি পর্যালোচন|Blood Donation and Transfusion in Existing and Islamic Law: An Analysis

Abstract
Blood donation is a charitable deed. It is possible to save life by providing the necessary blood supply to the body of a blood deficient critical patient. Because of a lack of an alternative to blood, treatment is provided only through blood donation. As a result, blood donation is an alternative name to protection of life at special moments. Blood donation is considered to be the highest donation and rewarding act in Islam. Islamic Sharīʻah has approved the spontaneous participation of a person in the service of humanity. This kind of human welfare program is conducted by the nature of human and ethical values inherent in Islamic Sharīʻah. This article intends to discuss the Islamic perspectives regarding the aims and objectives of the topic. It is found through discussion that blood donation as carried out presently under law is according to the Sharīʻah standards. There are two opinions regarding blood donation in Islamic law. In addition, different Sharīʻah rules and regulations related to blood donation have been discussed. It can be said that, however, blood donation is in lawful in accordance with Sharīʻah. রক্তদান একটি পরোপকারী অনুকম্পামূলক কাজ। রক্তের স্বল্পতাজনিত মুমূর্ষু রোগীর দেহে প্রয়োজনীয় রক্ত সরবরাহের মাধ্যমে জীবন রক্ষা করা সম্ভব হয়। রক্তের কোনরূপ বিকল্প না থাকায় একমাত্র রক্তদানের মাধ্যমে চিকিৎসা প্রদান করা হয়। ফলে বিশেষ মুহূর্তে রক্তদান জীবন রক্ষায় সহযোগিতার অবলম্বন। বাংলাদেশে নিরাপদ রক্তদান ও পরিসঞ্চালন নিশ্চিতকরণে সুনির্দিষ্ট আইন রয়েছে। ইসলামে রক্তদান একটি বড় দান এবং পুণ্যের কাজ হিসেবে বিবেচিত। আর্তমানবতার সেবায় ব্যক্তির এ স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত এগিয়ে আসাকে ইসলামী শরীয়া অনুমোদন করেছে। এ ধরনের মানবিক কল্যাণমূলক কর্মোদ্যোগ ইসলামী শরীয়ার মানবিকতা ও নৈতিকতা দ্বারা পরিচালিত। আলোচ্য প্রবন্ধে উল্লেখিত বিষয়ের ইসলামী দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ও মূল্যবোধ এবং শরীয়ার লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য ইত্যাদি আলোচনা করা উদ্দেশ্যে। তাছাড়া এ প্রবন্ধে রক্তদানের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভিন্ন শরয়ী বিধি-বিধান আলোচিত হয়েছে। প্রবন্ধটি প্রণয়নের ক্ষেত্রে বর্ণনা ও বিশ্লেষণমূলক পদ্ধতির অনুসরণ করা হয়েছে। আলোচনার ফলাফলে প্রতীয়মান হয়েছে যে, প্রচলিত আইনে রক্তদান বিধিসম্মত। ইসলামী আইনে এর বিধানের ক্ষেত্রে দুটি মত পাওয়া যায়। তবে সার্বিক বিবেচনায় রক্তদানকে বৈধ হিসেবে চিহ্নিত করা হয়েছে। তবে এক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই নির্দিষ্ট নীতিমালা প্রতিপালন করতে হবে।
