PRE-PROFESSIONAL PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING AS ONE OF THE WAYS OF BECOMING A SUCCESSFUL TEACHER IN FRANCE

Abstract
The article examines the preconditions for the introduction of a national “Future Profession Teacher Program”, aimed at pre-professional training of students at the stage of academic university education. The tasks of the program, the mechanism of concluding an employment contract and the content of continuing education are determined. The focus is on the social orientation of the program and the financial support of its participants.
