Predictions come true

Abstract

The author analyses predictions he made for the last 20 years on what would happen in the societies and the world. It makes sense to make predictions for up to two decades, when you have enough evidence for predictions to be meaningful and able to be reasonably discussed. Twenty years ago, we wrote about the “convulsions of imperialism”, “new democratic empire” and “the self-sufficiency of nations”. We talked about the technological side of modern civilization where even a minister of finance does not have to be wise in order to manage international trade and financial flows. Now they can do their job like an educated trader on stock exchange.
