PREDIKCIJA EGZISTENCIJE BUSINESS PLANA TEMELJEM PARAMETARA STATUSA VRHUNSKIH SPORTSKIH MENADŽERA

Abstract
With a sam ple of 66 high po si ti o ned sport ma na gers in Bo snia and Her ze go vi na, it was ap plied a qu e sti on na i re com po sed of 40 qu e sti ons con nec ted with cha rac te ri stics of top-le vel ma na gers. Tho se da ta we re pro ces sed by stan dard re gres sion analysis with bu si ness plan as cri te rion. The re sults show sig ni fi cant re la ti ons of bu si ness plan with de ve lop ment stra te gi es, law in sport, with in for ma tion from mi ni stry, as well as with in ten ti ons of ma na ge ment edu ca tion, opi ni ons that it is bet ter that ma na ger is se lec ted from sport and with ti me on ac tual job. Ne ga ti ve pre dic tion is fo und in fi eld of se mi nars or ga ni za ti ons and fo re ign lan gu a ge know led ge.
