Abstract
Relevance of a subject of a research is defined by importance of the analysis and an assessment of consequences of direct investments on quality of life of Kazakhstan citizens, and also need of development of scientifically based recommendations about increase in positive social effect of PI on welfare of the population of regions of the republic within social and industrial modernization of Kazakhstan.
