Предмет злочинного посягання як елемент криміналістичної характеристики незаконного видобування бурштину

Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню криміналістичної характеристики предмета злочинного посягання у методиці розслідування незаконного видобування бурштину. У статті проаналізовано взаємозв’язок предмета злочинного посягання з місцем вчинення злочину, запропоновано проект законодавчого визначення бурштину та класифікацію останнього, проаналізовано та розкрито значення арготизмів щодо предмета злочинного посягання, дано переклад слова «бурштин» на іноземні мови, визначено систему ідентифікаційних ознак бурштину.
