Abstract
În rândurile ce urmează vom trece în revistă câteva dintre evenimentele remarcabile ce au avut, în opinia noastră, darul de a fixa cadrele înţelegerii preliminariilor Războiului Rece, mai ales în plan regional. În fapt, acesta este scopul demersului de faţă. Nu intenţionăm, nici nu credem că suntem în măsură acum, să evidenţiem fapte inedite, în totalitatea lor, referitoare la subiectul propus dezbaterii.
