PRESENTATION FOR RECONNAISSANCE WHILE INVESTIGATING FRAUD RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CREDIT UNION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure and analysis of the peculiarities of the presentation tactics for identifying the person and documents during the investigation of fraud in the field of activity of the credit union at the initial and subsequent stages of the investigation. The preparatory, work and final stages of presentation for identification, the grounds for conducting it, and the main tasks that are solved by conducting this investigative (search) action are described in detail. Some organizational and preparatory measures for presenting for identification during the investigation of fraud in the field of activity of credit unions are identified and described.
