Prevalence of and factors affecting the delay between managers and employees of Ertebatat Electronic Co

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prevalence and the factors influencing the delay. For this purpose, a random sample of managers and employees is one of the largest companies of Informatics, the volume of data collected from 133 subjects (Tuckman delayed by two questionnaires and surveys delay factors) Using the t-test, ANOVA and Friedman analysis . The results indicate the prevalence of 6.17 percent delay between managers and employees. While the relationship between people's education, work experience, age and the difference was found, Results showed that the prevalence of delay between men and women, there is a significant difference. Moreover, the results show that the managers and employees, agents have a maximum effect in causing delays. The individual factors, organizational and environmental factors are ranked second and third. Among the individual factors, the lack of priority accorded to do the job, the organizational factors, Not just in the performance evaluation system and the environmental factors, family stress and family problems, have maximum impact on the creation and development of procrastination.
