PREVENTATION OF POST-MODERN’S COLLAPSING INTO SCENARIOS OF COUNTER-MODERN: REGIONAL DIMENSIONS

Abstract
The tendencies of the archaization of public life, regression in quality of a material and technical base and the state of technical and technological processes, along with a rollback from the socio-economic achievements of the recent past, clearly demonstrate the increased threat of the realization of countermodern scenarios as one of the variations of postmodernity. In this context, regional levels become the decisive levels of the strategic confrontation of opportunities. Regional potentials acquire special significance in the post-global world order. Accordingly, a range of effective solutions for preventing the most threatening speakers is revealed, their trigger mechanisms are shown.
