PREVENTIVE PLANNING OF MEASURES FOR COMPENSATION OF POSSIBLE SOCIALLY DANGEROUS CONSEQUENCES OF TERRORIST ACTS

Abstract
The essence and content of preventive planning of measures for compensation of possible socially dangerous consequences of terrorist acts are considered in the article. The concept of terrorist risk, its components and evaluation methodology are analyzed. The classification of preventive measures for minimizing the consequences of terrorist acts is given. The international experience of insurance of terrorism risks is characterized. Suggestions are made to improve the current legislation on these issues.
